SIGNING UP WITH CALLOFFSHORE

Place Your Order - You can place your order within minutes through our Order Form. During the signup process, you will be required to pay the setup fee and also the first month's fee in advance. You will also be asked to specify the preferred region for the phone number we provide for your customers to call.

Start Up - Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a welcome message from us explaining how to log in to our customer center and provide instructions to your assigned staff. Generally, your staff will be assigned and on duty for you within 48 hours of your order being received. We will also issue your phone number within that period and record a customized welcome message for your business so that your customers hear a polished and professional introduction when initiating each call. If you have selected the BYO Phone Provider option, then you will need to complete a short questionnaire in our customer center to provide us with details of your phone systems and preferences so that we can connect to your phone system accordingly.

 

HOW YOU CAN COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR AGENT

You can interact with your assigned staff via:

  • Phone - you will be able to contact your assigned agent through the phone number we provide;
  • Email - we will notify you of an email address which you can use to directly contact the staff assigned to you. Your assigned staff can also respond directly to you;
  • Instant Messenger - we will provide an instant messenger address at which you can drectly contact the staff assigned to you at any time during your daily service period; and
  • Job Tracker - we provide a task management system in our customer center which you can use to provide instructions and files to your assigned staff.

 

WHAT SUPERVISION WE PROVIDE

We provide basic supervision only. That is, we ensure that your assigned staff attend work on time and work diligently while at work.

We do not provide advanced supervision, meaning that we do not oversee the actual tasks undertaken. Rather, you would need to directly interact with your assigned staff to ensure that work is being carried out to your satisfaction. You would also need to be sure to assign sufficient, clearly-defined work and to monitor work progress in order to get as much value as possible out of your paid support period.
